Agreement

This AGREEMENT of 16 December 1995 is between David John Braben of Saxon 
Farm, Long Meadow, Lode, Cambridge CB5 9HA("DAVID") and Ian Colin Graham 
Bell of 16, The Mallards, River Lane, Cambridge CB5 8HJ ("IAN").

1.  IAN and DAVID have signed a joint STATEMENT dated 16 December 1995 a 
copy of which is attached as ANNEX 1 to this Agreement ("The Statement")

2. The STATEMENT may be distributed by both IAN and DAVID independently on 
condition that the STATEMENT is distributed in its entirety.

3.  DAVID will terminate the LIBEL ACTION (High Court reference 1995-B-
No.2536) forthwith.

4.  IAN undertakes not to repeat his allegation of DAVID's fraudulent copyright claim 
which formed a part of the LIBEL ACTION. 

5.  IAN and DAVID will each bear their own costs incurred as a result of the LIBEL 
ACTION.

6.  This AGREEMENT constitutes full and final settlement of the claims raised 
against IAN in the LIBEL ACTION.

This AGREEMENT is signed by DAVID and IAN.
